These terms cover use of turnon.media and its enquiry and meeting-booking features. Paid project work is governed by an agreed proposal or a separate project contract.

Using the website
Turn on Media uses this website to explain its services, show selected work and concepts, receive enquiries and arrange project discussions. Use these features for legitimate enquiries and provide information you are authorised to share. Please keep passwords, payment details and sensitive personal information out of enquiry and booking fields.
Enquiries and project discussions
Submitting an enquiry or booking a meeting asks our team to contact you about that request. It does not purchase a service, reserve project delivery dates or create a paid project agreement. We discuss your requirements before agreeing the scope of any paid work.
Meeting bookings
The scheduler offers available 15-minute appointments using the time zone you select. Check your email address, selected time zone, date and time before submitting. Availability is checked against the organiser’s Google Calendar.
A completed booking provides an appointment confirmation and a Google Meet link. If the form is still checking the booking or preparing the link, check its status and your email before making another booking for the same request. Google Calendar is used to create the event and request the guest invitation; delivery and display of that invitation also depend on Google and your email provider.
To request a cancellation or a different time, email website@turnon.media with your booked name and appointment time. A meeting booking does not require access to your own Google account.
Pricing, scope and timelines
Prices and ranges shown on the website are in USD and provide an indication of scope. Your project’s final price, deliverables, payment terms, schedule and support arrangements are set out in the proposal or project agreement you accept. Additional requirements may change the agreed price or timeline. Website examples and typical delivery estimates do not replace that agreement.
Accurate information and responsible use
Use an email address you control or are authorised to use, and keep the details you submit accurate. Do not impersonate another person, submit unwanted bookings for others, repeatedly reserve times you do not intend to attend, or interfere with the website or booking service.
Portfolio work and other websites
Project links may open client websites, independent websites or labelled design concepts. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us before copying or republishing Turn on Media branding or portfolio material. Rights in third-party material remain with its respective owners.

For questions about these terms, an enquiry or a booking, email website@turnon.media. We may update these website terms as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version. Changes to an accepted project agreement are handled separately with you.
